Garms turns a shared outfit into a list of the pieces in it and where to buy them. To do that we handle a small amount of data. This explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Garms is operated by Eunoia Software LLC (“Garms,” “we,” “us”). If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email support@garms.app.

What we collect

We don’t collect your contacts, your camera roll, your location, or your browsing history. We don’t sell your personal information.

How we use it

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to make Garms work. They only receive what they need to perform their function:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and Garms.

How long we keep it

We keep your scans and account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. When you do, we remove or irreversibly anonymize your personal information; anonymized, non-identifying data may be retained to keep the service working and improve detection quality.

Your choices & rights

Children

Garms is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Data security & transfers

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Garms evolves. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
